James P. Goff, CFA, Non-Executive Director


Jim Goff is a private investor and former 28-year veteran of Janus Capital Group. Most recently, he served as Director of Research, a position he had held since January 2002. In this role, he maintained overall responsibility for the equity research effort at Janus, but also pioneered the creation of the very first team-led Research Funds and Strategies, across geographies and market caps, and that today have become an over twenty-billion dollar franchise. Jim's responsibilities included attracting and retaining analysts, managing global research coverage, driving an independent survey effort and working with the Chief Investment Officers to drive a powerful investment culture at Janus.


As head of the Portfolio Oversight Team for Janus’ research strategies, Mr. Goff oversaw the suite of Janus research portfolios which are directly driven by the analyst team. Previously, Mr. Goff was Portfolio Manager of Janus’ Mid Cap Growth strategy and Executive Vice President of Janus Enterprise Fund from 1992 to 2000. Mr. Goff has also served as co-manager of Janus Venture Fund. He was a research analyst at Janus from 1988 to 1992. Prior to joining Janus in July 1988, Mr. Goff worked at Fred Alger Management. Mr. Goff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, with distinction, from Yale University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Nizar El-Hachem, Non-Executive Director


Nizar is the Founder and CEO of The Luxury Fund Management together with its affiliated entity TLF Ventures. Member of the Board of Directors of ELIE SAABPlatforme UK, Fame and Partners LA, Inès de La Fressange2Pure E-publishingOnline Lifestyle NetworkCaviar de Neuvic. He is a partner since 2009 at I2BF Global Ventures, a US$ 300 million international clean technology venture capital firm; and a member of the Investment Committee of TVM Capital MENA, a US$ 150 million Healthcare and Life Science private equity fund. Nizar was CEO of Al-Per Solutions, a Dubai International Financial Centre and Geneva based DFSA regulated fund administration services company; and a former partner and head of investment banking division at Injazat Capital.


At Injazat he acted as well as a director of the Injazat Technology Fund, a US$ 65 million private equity technology fund. He started his career in Corporate/Investment Banking and project finance at Banque Libano-Francaise; Nizar Earned his Master of Science in Finance from ESCP-EAP, followed by an extensive program in Finance at HEC, in Paris, France.


Georges Abboud, Non-Executive Director

Georges Abboud is a serial entrepreneur and an investor and Director of TyreGate Capital. He is currently the Chairman and Director of Primolex Management Ltd., a commercial real estate company established in Cyprus.

After graduating from the Lebanese American University, he spent a decade in auditing at Deloitte and he then shifted to a very lucrative career in real estate in Abu Dhabi. Georges seed funded Vagaro, an online platform for booking beauty and fitness sessions, which today is fast approaching unicorn status. He is also a co-investor with TyreGate Capital’s distressed investments, Xin and Voltaire, Faith Connexion, Faith Tribe, Leia Inc., Silvatar/Kino Industries, Leone Film Group and Atlas Mara Ltd. and an investor and Director of a variety of real estate investments and companies with TyreGate Capital in Cyprus.

Marc Farhat, Non-Executive Director


Marc is Head of Business Development at Fidus Investments Cyprus which is a new trading company in Nicosia that he aided in setting up. Prior to that he was a Senior Financial Consultant and Head of FX at Fidus S.A.L, the wealth management branch of Societe Generale in Lebanon, Cyprus, and Jordan.

At Fidus, Marc mastered trading currencies, commodities, and equities. He actively handled high net wealth individual and investor portfolios trading around 100,000,000 USD worth of FX on a daily basis, making him the largest FX trader by volume in Lebanon.


Marc was promoted to Head of FX at the age of 24, prior to his 5 years at Fidus, Marc worked in the back-office and then as a dealer at the Lebanese Canadian Bank for a period of 2 years. 

After it was acquired by Societe Generale bank in Lebanon in 2011, Marc was selected to facilitate the transfer of clients and all trading operations from LCB to Societe Generale. Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the American University of Beirut with honors in his concentration courses.


Adib Khaldi, Non-executive director


Adib Khaldi is serving as Non-Executive Director supporting TyreGate Capital Holdings Ltd. expansion into North America. Prior to his role at TyreGate Capital, he held executive roles in private credit risk and private equity. Educated at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University, Adib holds a major in Finance & Computing Management Information Systems. His academic foundation, coupled with his hands-on experience, has enabled him to successfully direct equity and debt strategies for multiple LP funds, overseeing private projects exceeding $500 million. Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Adib has garnered recognition as one of the Top 100 Canadian professionals, a testament to his influence and impact in the industry.
